Returns Policy

                       
Our ‘Right Bag Guarantee’ policy means any goods purchased from VacbagDirect may be exchanged for a credit towards another product from our range, provided that the goods are returned within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, freight pre-paid, have not been used and are in their original packaging.

Should we send you the incorrect product in error, then we will resend the correct product to you at no additional charge and freight pre-paid. A credit will be provided to you if the latter item is of a lower cost than that originally sent.  

Privacy Policy

VacbagDirect takes seriously and respects the confidentiality of our customers. The personal information, collected from you, is used solely for your transactions with VacbagDirect and is never shared with other organizations.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and storage of your information to personalise your shopping experience, and to allow us to offer a website that caters to our customer's interests. The information that is submitted allows us to track your current and previous order history.
VacbagDirect is the owner of the information submitted and stored on this website. We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third parties, unless required to do so by law. We will not use this information in any other ways than those outlined in this statement. No credit card numbers are stored in our system.

DELIVERY OF ORDERS

Despatch of your orders will usually occur same day as your order ( for orders placed before 12.00pm Mon-Fri, or next business day for orders placed after 12.00 pm ). Delivery may be via Aust Post or common carrier, depending on the destination and order size. Normal delivery time is between two and five working days, this time frame may vary according to the region the goods are being delivered to. Please provide accurate address details when placing an order. We are unable to call customers prior delivery.

Warranty

 

VacbagDirect aim for 100% customer satisfaction on all of our products and services. Any claim under warranty can be arranged by first contacting us with all the relevant details through the contact us page on this website.

Should any product be damaged in transit or faulty on arrival, please advise us within 7 days of receipt. A replacement will be shipped once we receive the faulty item back. All return freight is payable by the customer.

Our products are designed for domestic ( household ) use, unless specified otherwise. Any misuse or use for wrongful purpose for example to pick up liquids, plaster dust, talc powder or for commercial or industrial use when the item is not designed for that purpose, will immediately void the warranty.

VacbagDirect is not liable for any loss or damage due to malfunction of the product.

VacbagDirect is not responsible for the misuse of customer’s equipment ( vacuum machine ) or any damage as a result of using any part supplied by us that is incorrectly fitted by the customer or where the incorrect part is used. If in doubt, please check your manufacturer's handbook or instructions for correct installation and operation.

Warranty claims will be processed as quickly as possible and VacbagDirect undertake to dispatch replacement goods back to the customer within 7 days of receipt, providing replacement parts are available. All freight costs will be incurred by the customer.

 

General

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VacbagDirect regarding the operation of the site.

All transactions are quoted in Australian dollars ( AUD$ ) unless otherwise stated.
